With over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jim brings unmatched expertise, vision, and passion to his role. From his early days in the kitchen in Boston to executive leadership with Marriott International, he’s led with purpose every step of the way. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in food service management and an associate's degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University, as well as an MBA from Louisiana State

University Shreveport.

Today, he’s driving transformative projects that are shaping the future of New Orleans, including:

• The 1,000-room Omni headquarters hotel
• The River District mixed-use development
• A $557M Capital Improvement Plan
