As President & CEO of Imperial Trading Company, Wayne leads one of the nation’s top 5 convenience store distributors — a company with roots dating back to 1916 and reach across 21 states. With over 35 years of dedication to the company, and 20 of those at the helm, Wayne has been instrumental in driving innovation and sustainable growth.

Wayne also carries the torch of one of New Orleans’ most beloved restaurant families. In 2021, he and his wife Arkesha purchased the iconic Lil Dizzy’s Café from his father — preserving a cherished piece of the city’s culinary soul.

A proud Tulane University alum, CPA, and graduate of multiple national leadership programs, Wayne continues to invest in people and purpose. His service extends to Volunteers of America, St. Augustine High School Alumni Association, the Louisiana Society of CPA’s, and the Louisiana Association of Wholesalers and Convenience Distribution Association.
